But the difference is that I get away as soon as possible and process things. When I started fe...I used to numb my feelings, too. When I started feeling them it was pretty scary. The only feeling I was comfortable with was anger. Eventually, by God's grace, I learned to live from my heart more than my head. Some days I still scuttle back to my head but the trips there and the time I stay gets less with practice.
