I don...It gets tiring to always be on guard though. I don't want to walk on eggshells. I do mind my own business; however, when the unacceptable behavior starts I do speak up. It is hard to constantly be on guard! No wonder we sometimes lapse! Thank goodnesss we have Al-Anon and wonderful people to share and support us through the mind-games and manipulations that make communication and healthy relationships so challenging!
